Owners/Residents of units ending in 03, 04, 06 and 07:
Due to the explorations and repairs that are being conducted in the balconies at the present time, we are asking everyone to remove the furniture and other items in your balconies immediately.
The contractors need the area cleared in order to work and we want to avoid your items getting covered with construction dust and splattered with spray paint.
This request is effective immediately until further notice. We will do our best to keep you informed.

Debido a la exploración y reparaciones que se están realizando en los balcones en el presente, les pedimos a todos que retiren los muebles y otros artículos de sus balcones inmediatamente.
Los contratistas necesitan el área libre de obstáculos para poder hacer su labor y queremos evitar que sus artículos se cubran con polvo de construcción y se salpiquen con pintura en aerosol.
Esta solicitud es efectiva de inmediato hasta nuevo aviso. Haremos todo lo posible para mantenerles informados.
