    1. Selection of new engineering firm
    2. Engineer Report by Thornton Tomasetti.
    3. Façade Structural Protection – Resolution not allowing tile installation on balconies.
    4. Existing tile floors and storm shutters on balconies
    5. Resolution towards mandatory order of replacement of existing Cabana doors and windows to impact glass
    6. Purchase Application Fees to existing owners purchasing additional units – Waive of application fee.
    7. Background Check Renters Application Fee reduction to $50 per person for yearly repeated renters.
    8. Emotional Support Animals procedures resolution
      1. Processing fee of $150 with every request for additional work
      2. Limit to one ESA per resident renting.
    9. New Business: Adoption of Parking Rules regarding energy efficient vehicles.
