Dear Unit Owners,

The Board of Directors of Oceanfront Plaza Condominium Association, Inc. met on October 6, 2022 and passed 1. 5 million dollars assessment to cover all of our additional expenditures necessary to complete ongoing projects as announced to you two weeks before that meeting.

Payments may be made as follows:

Option 1. Onetime payment in the form of a check for the total amount due made out to Oceanfront Plaza Condominium Association Inc. It must be received in the office on or before November 6, 2022 (personal delivery or regular mail). See chart below.

Option 2. Installment payments for 5 years (60 payments) using coupons that will be mailed sometime after October 17, 2022. Installments will include interest. Please wait to receive the the coupons by mail with the information soon.

Please refer to the chart below for the amount you are to pay according to your unit type. This is for the one time payment with no interest. Installment payments will include interest.
