The Board of Directors and this Administration are happy to announce that Thornton Tomasetti was contracted to oversee the façade restoration work as well as permits for the concrete restoration work necessary in the basement garage in relation with Violation issued by CMB, and the exterior facades for the upcoming 40 years recertification.
Once this project is completed, it is the intention of this Association to hire the same firm to prepare the report for the 40 Year recertification that needs to be filed to the City of Miami Beach.
In addition, AG Contractor obtained the permit approval for the waterproofing repairs to the driveway and ramps pavement. They are planning to start the work shortly.
Residents and unit owners will be notified if there is mobilization of any sort taking place, ahead of time.

La Junta Directiva y esta Administración se complacen en anunciar que se contrató a Thornton Tomasetti para supervisar los trabajos de restauración de la fachada, así como los permisos para los trabajos de restauración de hormigón necesarios en el garaje del sótano en relación con la infracción emitida por CMB, así como las fachada exterior para pasar la recertificación por los 40 años.
Una vez que se complete este proyecto, es la intención de esta Asociación contratar a la misma firma para preparar el informe para la recertificación de 40 años que debe presentarse a la Ciudad de Miami Beach.
Además, AG Contractor obtuvo la aprobación del permiso para las reparaciones de impermeabilización del pavimento del frente y las rampas. Están planeando comenzar el trabajo en breve.
Los residentes y propietarios de unidades serán notificados con anticipación si se está produciendo una movilización de cualquier tipo.
