The MidBeach Neighborhood Association (MBNA) JUNE MEETING

MBNA will have project updates on Legislative Session, Parks, Indian Creek, Collins Ave, Beachwalk as well as two important items at June’s meeting:

1 – Budget – Discussion about the allocation of funds to projects that directly impact MidBeach multi-unit housing and hotel district, financial committee meetings and budget hearings.

2 – Featured Presentation: Beach Seaweed/Sargassum – Participate in a discussion led by Elizabeth Wheaton, City of Miami Beach ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY DEPARTMENT, Director on the City and State efforts. County and State officials may also be present.

We will not have Transportation nor Public Works City representatives at the meeting to discuss the Indian Creek or Collins Avenue project. Please attend the Transportation Parking Bicycle Pedestrian facilities Committee (TPBPFC) Meeting on Monday, June 3rd at 3:30pm at the CMB Parking Department (building next to City Hall 2nd floor) for an opportunity to engage in the conversation. An update from the TPBPFC meeting will be shared at the MBNA meeting.
