It is our pleasure to announce that your Board of Directors was re-elected by membership this December 13th during the Annual Meeting conducted by the association attorney.
Positions within the Board will continue as before:

After a challenging year post Covid-19 and the aftermath of Champlain Towers South tragedy, they faced tough decisions to make switching engineering companies and moving along with improvements and projects as well as the preparations to ensure that the building passes the 40 Year re-certification with flying colors.
On 2022 they are committed to continue working hard to maintain Oceanfront Plaza Condominium as the leader of the area as well as improving communication with membership.
